Lifelong Learning - Fall & Winter Offerings

Beginners Hebrew:
In 8 fun and stimulating sessions, participants will be able to read Hebrew! In
addition, words common to basic Jewish liturgy and practice will be introduced.
Students will learn basic translation skills and vocabulary.
Instructor will be Veronika Bursuker. Veronika has taught Hebrew for over 25 years.

Classes will be Thursday evenings from 7 to 8:30 pm at Kol Ami on the following
dates: October 16, 23, 30, November 6, 13, 20 and December 11 and 18, 2008.
Please register for this class by calling the Kol Ami office at 202-272-1006 by
Monday, October 13th. There will be no charge for this class, however, a donation
to Kol Ami would be greatly appreciated.

Weekly Torah Study:
Every Shabbat morning at 9 AM, the weekly Parsha is discussed. Knowledge of
Hebrew is not required. No registration is necessary. All are welcome to attend!
